All Bed Linens and towels are provided with this rental. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, glassware, pots, and pans and a complimentary coffee/tea bar. There are no spices or condiments provided other than salt and pepper. * This is a smoke- and tobacco-free environment, both inside and outside. This includes all smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco, and all / any other use of tobacco products, marijuana, or other illegal substances, etc. service animals are allowed with permission and there is an additional pet fee. This is a new property and the homeowners wish to maintain the quality and integrity of the cabin by offering tobacco free, and smoke-free environment. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
